Entry & Wristband

After purchasing your ticket, please show it to the Help Desk staff. They will scan the QR code and issue you with a wristband for that session. The ticket can only be scanned once.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the session. Entry into the auditorium is not allowed once a dance has started and will only be permitted when the music stops.

Free Entry Rules

• Children aged 5 years and under may enter free with an adult.
• Competing dancers may watch sessions free if space allows.

Refunds & Transfers

• Tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled by DWC Ltd.
• Refunds exclude booking fees and include a €2 admin charge.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
